Booking and payment
Every booking has to be confirmed by the costumer via e-mail or mail and will be reconfirmed by me. Payment has to be made in cash or according to previous arrangements. The rates do not include entrance, bus or parking fees or any other additional costs. I will wait up to one hour for groups arriving late, but the waiting time will be included in the total time of the guided tour. Please contact me in time in the case of a foreseeable delay. Due to unforeseeable circumstances (as traffic problems, bad climate or barriers) it can be necessary to modify the route of the guided tour. Participation in all my tours is at your own risk; parents are responsible for their children.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival is accepted. For later cancellations a fee of 50 % of the whole amount will be charged. In case of a now-show the full amount has to be paid.
