Booking and payment
Every booking has to be confirmed by the costumer via e-mail or mail and will be reconfirmed by me. Payment has to be made in cash or according to previous arrangements. The rates do not include entrance, bus or parking fees or any other additional costs. I will wait up to one hour for groups arriving late, but the waiting time will be included in the total time of the guided tour. Please contact me in time in the case of a foreseeable delay. Due to unforeseeable circumstances (as traffic problems, bad climate or barriers) it can be necessary to modify the route of the guided tour. Participation in all my tours is at your own risk; parents are responsible for their children.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival is accepted. For later cancellations a fee of 50 % of the whole amount will be charged. In case of a now-show the full amount has to be paid.
Limitation of liability The content of my website has been carefully elaborated. However, I cannot assume any liability for the quality, up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages. Furthermore I cannot assume any liability for external content of linked pages.

Any duplication, processing, distribution or any other form of unauthorized use of texts, pictures and articles of these pages will be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.

I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy. The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal information. In case of bookings and request handling your personal data (such as name, address, email address, phone number and bank data) will be collected carefully. In this case data has to be stored during our business relation and beyond that in the context of the legal obligation to preserve business records. Your data will be transmitted to third parties only with your explicit consent. You always have the right to be informed about your stored personal data, its origin and destination and the purpose of the data processing and the right to correct, block or delete this data except if data has to be preserved in the context of the legal obligation. Additionally I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Therefore a complete protection of data against third party access is not possible.
